ORIGINAL EDITION illustrated with a copper engraved frontispiece by Lempereur after François Boucher, 14 maps and 24 engravings (of 27). Incomplete with the siege of Brussels, the siege of the lock and the map of Bruges. Spots on the covers and corners dulled. Marginal tear to pp. V, 55 and 58 (the pl. of the battle of Fontenoy). Pagination error.
