Pair of officer's percussion pistols. Hair-rimmed barrels decorated in gold with friezes. Flat-body locks signed "ROBERT ARQr A REMIREMONT" in an oval and engraved flat-body hammers. Partially checkered walnut stocks with silver thumbpiece. Iron finger rests and shell caps. Iron ramrods. B.E. circa 1840. Made in Liège. In a later box sheathed in mauve felt with accessories: chopstick, mallet, bullet mold, powder flask, notepad box. Key missing.
