Percussion pistol set by Caron. In varnished walnut, decorated with a brass shield monogrammed "AM". Sheathed in purple velvet, shaped with two compartments, it contains : - A pair of small-caliber shooting pistols by CARON. Rifled, blued, tilting barrels stamped with "AC" and "BTE A CARON". White metal frames, engraved with scrolls, with sight notches on top, one stamped on each side "AC" and "Bte". White metal fittings engraved en suite. Carved walnut stock. - And accessories (screwdriver, chimney cleaner, tamping and cleaning rods). B.E. (Slight wear) Key missing. Circa 1850.
