Pair of converted officer's flintlock percussion pistols. - Lot 216
Pair of converted officer's flintlock percussion pistols. Round, ribbon barrels with gold remnants, stamped with "N" thunders. Lock plates with remains of the "Druon Nancy" signature and round-bodied hammers. Chased iron fittings. Walnut crossbars, partly checkered, with silver star stud decoration. Later wooden sticks with brass tips. Length: 27 cm. A.B.E. (Patinated). Circa 1820-1830. Presented in a later black chagrin-covered box, iron-marked "TL" under a count's crown, with accessories: ramrod, mallet, powder flask, chimney remover, primer dispenser, powder flask, spring remover, screwdriver.
