Brooch in 18K yellow gold 750‰ and silver 2nd title 800‰, of round form, openwork with foliate motifs, set at its center with a round-cut old-cut diamond, two cushion-cut old-cut diamonds (paired) and a smaller old-cut diamond. The surround set with two sapphires (heated), two emeralds (treated) and two red stones (synthetic). Circa 1890.
